Well, me n' Hart kicked ass in the Debate Tourney, if by kicking ass I mean doing moderately okay (and sorta bad in the first one.)  Well, Hartley was good, but I was def. a weak link.

I love Manny! He's fun and such.

I'm having tons of fun-o with Blender.  Next year is gonna rock out.

Kodi & Mark made this sweet obstacle course today, and I had a HELLUVA time looking at it.

Got my grad dress.  SWEETUP

BRANDON IS SOON.

The other Brandon is less soon, but still VERY SOON.

New boots are serving me well, I guess, but I haven't ridden in them yet.

I have a crush on a boy.  :) A NEW BOY.  But it's a secret.

People who like celebrities creep me out, but I would still jump Mark Wahlberg's bones.

We're watching a movie in Bio & we have a genetics test coming up and I'm not really sure what genetics are, but DNA is deoxyribose nucleic acid and Jude Law's in the movie.  Mrs Payment thinks it was his first movie.  If so, he doesn't AGE.

Mrs Payment's coming to Brandon, and I am gonna SUCK at my solo in Pegasus.  God, Sr. Jazz was funny today.  Moderately funny.

I really really like PreCal, except for the PreCal part.  French is boring.  For lunch I had a creme egg.

GOOOOOOOOODBYE

10:56 pm - The Tour.

I love Frantic Films.  Everyone there was super-cool, and by super-cool that's what I mean.  I can't say much more, 'cuz I signed some kind of horrible legal thing.  But it's AMAZING.  One day I'm gonna work there, and maybe my animations will be more sophisticated than my current sphere sitting on a cube.  But seriously, man, it's pretty cool.  And there's, like, an INDIRECT light source.

So exams are over, and I'm leasing MANNY!!!! So if I never come back to school it's cause I fell off and died, failed Chemistry, or took to the road in search of a career in the sphere-making field.

Well, it is the next day but I wanted to add this here anyway, because, y'see, it slightly corresponds. Last night I had this wicked dream!! & I'm gonna share it with y'allz.
So I was in bed and the school bell went off, only it was the fire alarm, so I ran outside into the snow because you're never supposed to rescue anything, just get out as fast as you can. But then I remembered about Flood.Surf, which is this program Frantic Films is designing, but apparently I had a copy of it because I was freaking out and I didn't want it to be burnt. And since I couldn't see any flames I ran back in to save it. But it wasn't a fire alarm after all, it was a SPIDER alarm, and there were thousands of spiders and tons of cobwebs everywhere, like Shelob's tunnel in the Lord of the Rings or like in Arachnaphobia. And I was pawing through the cobwebs and I got this spider in my hair, a giant spider, and it stuck there like a woodtick and I didn't want to touch it because it was hairy, etc. So I ran back outside and I was like, "Mom, Mom, get this spider out of my hair!!" and she pulled it out and it pulled out a lot of my hair and it really hurt.
And then that was over, and I was at a funeral; it was either Dumbledore's funeral (there was a white casket) or Rachel's funeral from The Animorphs. One of the two. And I was with Robyn, Cassie from the Animorphs, Frodo, and this guy from Frantic Films and we were sitting on plastic chairs. And the priest was like, "We really need a bird," and this hawk flew down, and I knew it was Tobias in hawk morph. And he landed on Cassie's shoulder and started whispering something to her, but I couldn't hear him. And then he finally got to me, but he'd turned into a cell phone, and I was like, "Tobias!" and he was like, "Listen, Megg, I'm not coming on the last part of the journey." And the last part of the journey was where we fought those bugs from King Kong. And I knew he was backing out cause he was scared. "You just know we're going to die!" I said, but he clammed up so I hung up on him.
And theeeeen we were on this beach. And it was full of rocks. We had an off day between the funeral and setting out to the gorge to fight the big bugs, so I went to the mall with Skye and Davis. And then things changed, so that we weren't waiting to go fight the bugs, but we were just waiting to watch King Kong at the movie theatre and we killed time by shopping. And I was in this weird store trying on belts, and they were $9, which seemed reasonable, but I couldn't figure out the buckles on them. And Davis was being REALLY annoying, like he kept whining and whatnot.
And then I woke up. :)

4:42 pm - Reflection

Hmm, well, 2006 was a good year all in all, I should say.  Christmas break last year was pretty spectac, of course this year couldn't compare.  I had some big disappointments, to be certain, but don't we all?  And no notable humiliations or moments of terror.  I don't think I hit the dust off Zulu once.  Some key things to cherish:

- New Years 2006

- Evergreen Hunter Reserve Champion

- International Music Camp

- My new trumpet

- With the U of M band thingy

- Grad

- Polo tournaments.  Kicking butt in one.

- Chillin wit my homies

- Getting over someone

- Learning Elvish

- Enjoying life

- Internet discoveries; Youtube included.

- Physics

- Applying for University

- Satisfying choices

- Summer.  Sweet, sweet summer

- Realizing things don't actually... change.

- Eastgate

- Show season.  Hot and cold alike

- LotR Marathon.  That was one to remember

- New Years 2007, just fo' the record.

Hopes for this year include:

- New Zealand ?

- Four foot

- Jumpers?

- Graduation

- Boyz (As it has been since sixth grade)

- Reconciliation

- Denouncement

- Discussion

- University (Must look at some overseas information)

- Chicago

- Royal Manitoba

- Last IMC ever??

I L Y all.

I wrote a letter to the director of the Lord of the Rings, cuz I'm sure he enjoys them immensely. Plus, I have decided to make a new movie come mid-summer. It's justa short clip of a scene from Lord of the Rings of which I am particulary fond, but I'll do it from the book rather than the movie. I am a bit low on the special-effects gear, so basically I need:
a Frodo, preferably a pale, short, yet alluring young man (I'm not making him fifty, because that's stupid. As if anyone actually imagined Frodo Baggins as being fifty years old. Pur-lease.)
Nine riders
A gray horse
Nine black/dark bay horses.
And like, a river; or a pond; or a puddle. And Bird's Hill Park!

Someone told me no one likes these sort of entries, and I agree with someone. But y'know, sometimes you have to do it anyway.

I came to a realization tonight that was wonderful and sad and private.

Two, actually.

And I don't know whether to be sad or happy. Hey, guess what? Clichés are actually real. I'm not kidding, or funny.

Sometimes I hate being as old as I am. I want to be 12 again. No, 10; I want to start completely and absolutely fresh.

Not everything is always that great, y'know?

Um.

The jazz concert was pretty good, I guess. Actually, we played pretty well. That reminds me.

Oh, for Pete's sake.

Hey, I think I might be athiest.

Who knows?

Happy holidays, guyzzz.

I'm soooo jetlagged, but I thought I'd post a few quick pics of the round-the-world trip I took last night. More to come once I get them developed. Sorry the quality is so bad!! Kermit is a horrible photographer.... >.<

Me, Daniel and George at the World Series of Nascar. It was brutally hot! Ouch!

Daniel, me, and Jonker at the Empire State. Yeah, I know, you can't even SEE the view. It was packed...

Me, Danny, and Billie Joe acting stupid in Fenton, UK.

Daniel in front of our jungle buggy with our guide, Mr. Jones.

Kermit and Daniel and me at a formal dinner in Versailles. Yeah, I'm there-- behind the potted plant.

Everyone tired and cranky in our cramped hotelroom in Luxembourg.

Wow, so many memories. And I wasn't even late for Wind Ensemble. More to come!!!

8:44 pm - Everyone can see
I haven't ridden since Sunday. I'm out of shape and so is my horse. I had a Chemistry test today that I did badly on. I have Physics test tomorrow that I will do badly on. I handed in a project in Physics, and I think I did badly on it. I'm still failing Computer Science. I can't remember any of the course I'm supposed to be tutoring. I haven't applied or even looked at any of my university stuff. I am playing The Last Post at Rememberance Day and I haven't practiced it once. I am supposed to be going to Brandon this year and I haven't jumped over three feet since August. I am not playing well in Senior Jazz. I am not doing as well as I want in Literature. I'm tired of waking up for Wind Ensemble. I want to film, but I don't have time. I suck at driving in the city. My room is a mess.

...AND I'M A BIG, FAT, WHINING EMO.

In other news, I'm wasting my time on something I'll never manage to do.... oh wait, that belonged in the first bunch of news.

In other news, I have enough mandarin oranges to last me to the Triassic Period and back again. I mean... you know what I mean.

Never happen. Weird and strange.

Tell me something about number 11.
She's nice. And a very good rider

How do you know 8?
From school. We used to be LionKing buddies. When LionKing was cool. Cuz I never do things that aren't cool.

Would you ever go on a date with number 12?
Yeah, a HOTSEX date. With plenty of HOTSEX. Nope-- he's taken!

would you ever live with number 13?
I'd be afraid she'd atttttacck me. Nah, of course I would.

What do you think about 7?
Aw, I <3 him. So many shortlived memories. What a nice boy.

What would you do if 3 confessed they liked you?
Be very, very shocked. And have some HOTSEX.

Who is 10 going out with?

Yeah, they're all heartsick over me. Cuz I'm HOT. HOTSEXY, in fact.

3:50 am - My Day!
I've decided to write a detailed, concise, and extremely interesting summary of my day. And by summary, I mean tedious, overblown dramatization. Thuper!

I woke up at 8:33 by my clock, which means in real time it was 7:12. Intereeesting. Then I did classic morning stuffs. Example: brushed hair, burnt finger on straightening iron, selected banana from bunch. Then I boarded the bus-- oh, yeah-- I was wearing a hhhwhite sweater avec un pair du jeans.

And the bus was fun.

And then I opened my locker and said a quick, businesslike hello to my neighbor, one Mark van Dorp; and then he said I didn't make it into Honor Band!!! Mucho surprises. I was certain I was guaranteed first chair-ola. So I broke down into tears. Good old Mark. He always cheers me up.

Then we had COMPHRENSIVE...COMPHRENSIVE...COMPREEEHEEENNNNSSIIIVE Enligh. I mean, English. And it was ammmazing. I could discuss Frankenstein FOREVER. Oh wait, I have.

And then I had, like, Physics, and I sat in this small room and wrote the test I missed. And I think I got number four incorrect (as they say in Britain.) And there was graffiti on the wall, and I added my own special tidbit to it. Check 'er out.

Then I had Sr Jazz, and that was uneventful. And by uneventful, I mean le suck. But then Alex dropped his trumpet and everything was funny again! Lunch was, um, oh, shitcakes, this is boring. I'll cut right to the chase: English Literature. Wowzee. All I can remember are comics. Featuring Ben, Lucas' friend, and a hungry Pacman. And numerous horrified onlookers.

And then, in Chemistry, we got the chance to work with real, 100%, undiluted, concentrated HYDROCHLORIC ACID. And some weird purple stuff that apparently could make us feel "unwell." So I only had a few bites. And then we were called down for a poverty fairy tale thing. And then the bell rang and it was classic hometime all over again, and raining outside.

AndthenIwenthomeandatecrackersandwenttopineridgeandhadastupidlessonwiththisotherpersonandweonlyjumpedthreefoot.andthenicamehomeandatespaghettiandthenididcomputerscienceandthenishoweredandtheniwatchedTHEBACHELOR.hahahahaha.andthenIcheckedandmadesureMarkwasright;andhewas,I'mnotinHonorBand.thenireadparadiselostandthenireadmywarriorcatbookandnowi'mdoingthis.

2:38 am - Krispy Kreme
OK, so, like, you're gonna think I'm crazy, but does the Krispy Kreme logo NOT look like the logo for a car?

The 2007 Krispy Kreme 5 Series, a six cylinder sedan with automatic trasmission, state-of-the-art safety features, and deluxe leather interior, recently voted Canada's number one family vehicle...

Whew.

Anyway. I rode today and it was thuper-duper windy. I pretty much got blown off my horse, tossed through a barren field, catapulted across 207, tossed into a greenhouse, and jammed into a pot of genetically modified, carnivorous Venus flytraps. In fact, that's exactly what happened. True story.

I had a weird Friday, but I've already recovered. I think my resilicency--resilcency--resilency-- toughness is improving.

Wowzee, school's been heavy on the hullabaloo lately. I have sooo much homework. I think. Actually, I can't remember, and I didn't write it in my agenda, but all's fair in love and war.

See y'allz later.
